My stay at the Santa Clara Urban Hotel & Spa was a mixed bag. While I was welcomed with a nice bottle of cava and the location near iconic sights in Palma was fantastic, several issues with service and facilities left me disappointed. The noisy plumbing early in the morning and the fact that the sauna was not operational detracted from my experience significantly.
